FEES
Funding
When children turn 3 years old, they will be entitled to 15 hours free funding per term after their 3rd birthday. Fees will be individually calculated according to your requirements. 

Payments
Payment must be made on or before the 1st of each month in order to avoid a late payment charge of £20 per day.

Tax Free Vouchers
We accept Tax Free vouchers please email us the code and process payment 5 working days before the fees are due in order for payment to reach the account on or before the 1st of the month. 

* A non-refundable registration fee of £100 is required to secure your place in New Birth day nursery.
* A minimum booking of three full days is required.
* Fees include all meals, drinks and snacks.
* Fees are based on 52 weeks per year, paid monthly in advance.
* Fees to be paid monthly by direct debit/ standing order/ childcare vouchers.
* New Birth day Nursery will be closed on all Bank Holidays (normal charges still apply).
* A refundable deposit of £300 is charged when a place is booked and this will be refunded on your last day when one calendar month’s written notice has been given and your account is up to date.
